How to shop
Manifesto sunglasses can only be purchased through our online store. We aim to make your shopping with us a fun an easy experience. By placing an order, you are accepting our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. To shop you need to be 18 years old or older. You need to possess a valid credit or debit card that we accept. The language of the contract is English and all prices are in in Euro (€). Prices displayed on manifestostore.com include value added tax (VAT) applicable within the European Union (EU). For deliveries outside the EU orders may be subject to local taxes and import duties charged by your local customs clearance and usually collected by your local postal service. Please note that you will be liable for these charges when placing an order from a non EU country.
Shipping charges will be added upon checkout. You can either pay directly with your credit card on our site or through PayPal. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation to your mail inbox stating your order number. We will also inform you through mail once your order has been despatched from our warehouse. For more information regarding shipping, contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We ship worldwide. The applicable shipping charges for Sweden are 5 EUR, Europe 15 EUR and rest of the world 25 EUR. All orders are shipped through registered mail with either UPS or DB Schenker dependent on the area in which you live. Once your order reach your pick up point, you will be informed through an SMS to your cell phone. If you do not leave a cell phone number during checkout, delivery times will be longer as we will have to inform you about arrival through a letter. Delivery times to Sweden will normally be 2-4 working days and to the rest of the EU region 5-7 working days. Orders placed before 13.00 PM will normally be dispatched the same day. Please remember to bring a valid ID such as a driving license or passport when collecting your order at the pick up point.
Cancellation or change of existing order
In order to supply you with short delivery times we aim to process your placed order as soon as possible. Hence you will have a very limited time to change or cancel your order as you can only cancel your order if it is has been dispatched from the warehouse. if you have any questions about an order you have placed or would like to make any changes, please contact us as at email@example.com as soon as possible. You do not have to worry if your parcel has been dispatched however, simply return it to us once received, get a refund from us and place a new order.
Returns and exchanges
We do off course hope that you will be thrilled with your new Manifestos. Also we want you to feel that they are your perfect match. If you for some reason do not feel this way about them, you will have 14 days to return the glasses to us or exchange them for a different model or color. To make a return as smooth as possible for you, you will receive a pre-paid return label with every order*. Within the EU returning an item to us will hence be totally free of cost.
Upon a return we will refund you through the same payment method that you used to place your original payment. We do ask you try on the item with care to ensure that they are in perfect condition if returned to us. Items with scratches, stains, loose parts or in other ways in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
How to make a return:
1.Pack the glasses as they were delivered to you, i.e. in the original fabric bag and box as these are considered part of the product. Put another solid box around it, preferably the original outer packaging.
2.Close the box tightly and secure opening properly with tape.
3.Place the pre-paid return label to the outside of the parcel, covering the prior delivery information. Attach is securely with tape and ensure that all adress information is visible.
4.Return the package from the collection point where you originally picked it up.
5.Upon receiving and approving your return, we will refund you the total cost of your original order.
Do note that you will be financially responsible for the item during the shipping to us. We therefore recommend you to return the item as prescribed and to note the return parcel’s tracking number when delivering it to the collection point. Please also note that we can only accept one free return per original order.

* Unfortunately we cannot offer you a pre-paid return shipping label from non EU countries (including Switzerland and Norway). If you are making a return from a non EU country, please contact us at email@example.com for information on return and return adress. We strongly recommend you to select a secure shipping method and ship through registered mail as you will be financially responsible for the item during shipping to us.
How to make an exchange:
1. Send us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org where you clearly state which model you want to make an exchange to and the order number of the original order you are going to return.
2.Follow step under «How to make a return» above for returning the item you want to exchange.
Upon receiving your return we aim to process you refund as quick as possible. Once a return has been handled and approved by us we will refund you through the original payment method used, i.e. either through you credit card or through Pay Pal. The return will include original shipping costs and we will only deduct the fees for the return.
